OK kidz - ya want PFS wing pix, well here they are. I'll explain the A2L I/C and throw in some more shots of the turbo and engine. Hoefully, I can put more than one pic in the body of the message text; if not, I'll keep posting them. Sorry if this thread gets a bit long.

As for the intercooler.....................
.....the GReddy SMIC wasn't gonna cut it as it is so we had a welder nearby who specializes is aluminum welding to weld up the outside of it to hold water. We then mocked up out of cardboard a reservoir tank and had him make it in aluminum. We ran custom bent s.s. tubing to connect all this through a JABSCO water pump and to another radiator that sit where a FMIC might sit. We wired the pump to the relay block and filled it with 6 quarts of coolant. The coolant circulates through the radiator and across the intercooler. We find it's more efficient and less prone to heat soak than air-to-air intercoolers.
