You plan on selling these with the wastegates venting open air?

routing back to the dp is an option ($150) I think and requires to be a single 44mm wastegate instead of dual wastegate setup. I personally like venting to atmosphere because it sounds good and also prevents turbulance going back into the exhaust system causing back pressure at higher boost.

Got any pics of the manifold or can you describe what makes it unique without exposing "sensitive" design data? Equal length, short runner, capacity for a flanged wastegate (ala recent Ecotec race built motor/turbo combos), etc? Thanks Steve.

Edit: Gee, you could have made over 17% more RWHP if you would have put it on a Mustang Dyno and used the locally established correction factors. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/wacko.png

It is equal length.

man, i love it. i raced a guy on a cbr600f4 and walked away from him. the manifold helps spool so much quicker than my last setup with the terd OBX manifold. the turbo i'm running has polished comp housing, wet center cartridge and and 1.00 divided turbine housing. can be seen here:

and i found out about it here:

Roy loves quick spooling too.

Nice numbers guys. Very smooth powerband too.

Steve, you planning on making more of those manifolds to sell to the rest of the 7 community??

A newcomer to a late thread....so is the kit even available yet? I saw only the stage one on the website so far.

Interesting manifold setup. I can't imagine 2 wastegates venting to atmo....wow!

Interesting setup, any more developments?

Kit is available. Should be more dyno numbers this week. When I fabricated the dump tubes I brought them down as low as possible and pointed them at the ground to minimize noise.

Looking forward to seeing more numbers. Any pics of the setup in the car? Hard to visualize how that sits in there.

What will be the big difference between stage 1 and stage 2 kit?

TIA
