The people that rebuil this engine about a year ago said they upgraded the turbo to a k5. And now i cant find these freaking people cause i wanna know what they did to my motor and i think my motor is still under warranty and i want it rebuilt before i do anything drastic.(Bigger Turbo, Fuel Management) For now all i have is a 3" dp, turbo timer, apex 3" single exhaust and the Fuel Cut Defenser (Off of fc3s.org) I know Im looking at spending a lot of money to spend but i gotta have something to keep me sane because my kids are driving me crazy. Any suggestions on which way to go with this would be a great asset to my project.

thanks

ryan
Like vosko said, 13's can be done with the stock turbo, full exhaust, front mount intercooler, and ECU upgrade. A standalone ECU and bigger injectors would be ideal.
im gonna look into the intercooler and the ecu upgrade this weekend. Any suggestions on which kind to get?
The new Greddy intercooler looks good. Standalone ECU's usually go for at leat $1200.
that intercooler is front mounted and i can rid of the stock TII intercooler on top of the engine bay and replace my hood w/ a vert's hood to make me a sleeper right? I heard the vert's hood will fit on my car, not the n/a models. True? How much for the intercooler, Around? How bout a apex'i one. Good?
A convertible hood will bolt right onto any RX-7, but the latch is different for cars with steel and aluminum hoods.
