Yes, he spun the compressor housing down I believe. Its just 6 bolts and you can rotate it 360 degrees..

whats the wall thickness on that turbo manifold to hold that heavy turbo?

Found this on You-Tube of the car, he also claims 15psi by 3600rpms on stock ports, untuned. Not shabby for the bigger P trim Gt35R with the 1.15 T4...

Looks great, as does all your work. Have you played with the Tial cast stainless turbine housings in regards to turbo placement and possibly stuffing the turbo a little closer to the firewall without sacrificing runner length?
