Why not go with bigger primaries? Why add a 3rd set?

nope. I ran 850 x 4. Never got them bored out to 1300 X 4....

either way, I'm using 550cc primary and 1680cc secondary. Runs real good. I will eventually be going 550 primary/1680 secondary/720 subs....since I'm going T-45S
sorry man, I thought I saw that.

so I will use 850s / 1300s on the T78. can't wait to run the setup.

stuff will be here by the next week and on 10.-11.05 we have a promising 1/4mile event called "Bitburg 1 on 1"

I'll be prepared.

you'd be better off with 550 x 1680's.. No matter what you need to get the computer rewritten for injector change over etc to get it to really work right with larger injectors. If you get the datalogit I can help you with setting it up to run right and get the injector change over to occure smoothly.

with the 550 primarys it will be easy to tune everyday driving and you'll get good gas milage as well.. We've played around with moding the primary fuel rail and running the 850 side feed injectors but it will always run way rich on the bottom end due to poor atomization of the fuel because the spray pattern of the short 850's doesn't work well in the primary injector area as it sits too high. It will also be cheaper to run the 1680's and sock 550's as well..

yeah, thanks dragon.

I'll put in the 850/1300s for the drag event now (no time to wait for other stuff). later I'll get the datalogit and 1680s for sure. will come back to you

Vosko: I checked the oct. numbers. race gas has the same oct (110) but the pump gas is really different. your 93 is our 98. but we just got the new 100oct at the station which should be 95 in the states.
