Ok, so I will order my single set-up next week. What it'll be depends mostly on what I get good maps for. As I have no possibility to tune my PFC here I have to search/buy. Or can I run base maps? The Turbo will be a T88 or T78, maybe GT35/40. Has anyone those Turbos running a non-ported engine and PFC? What injector sizes do I need? I'm not planning to make more than 15PSI and I don't want an extra fuel rail.

Thanks

My freind runs a T78 on a stock ported motor. He is running 750pri and 1680 sec injectors with an SX FPR and the PFC.

I am still waiting on my GT35/40 to show up and I am running the same injectors as him with an Aermotive A1000 FP, -10 Feed and -8 return with an SX FPR and the PFC.

The T88 is too big for 15psi max....I would stick with either the T78 or the GT35/40 for that boost level. I will be running low boost at 17psi on pump gas and high boost at 22-24psi with 110 octane fuel.

Is your motor stock? or just stock ported?

the motor is compl. stock. won't do the porting job before it blows. I was thinking to use 1300 primaries and sec. They are easy to control aren't they? want to keep everything easy. I am using 99oct. gas all day long.

1300 primaries? I have never heard of anyone doing that before, especially not for 15psi, that is overkill if it is possible. For 15psi, you would be fine with either a 550/1600 setup or a 850/1300 setup, maybe even a 550/1300 possibly. In Germany, is the octane rating the same as the US? I know in Japan that there 93 Octane is not the same as our 93 Octane.

Why do you want such a big turbo for only 15psi? Go with a T04s or something. You can still make 400 rwhp but it will come online alot faster, then what you are looking at.

You can have your stock fuel rail modified to fit stock 850's in the primary injectors spot. I know rotorsports does the conversion, cause thats what I did. Go with 850/1200 or 550/1600's. The t-88 is a waste, go with the gt35/40 or the t-78. Personally I like the gt35/40 better due to the spooling characteristics. Oh also rotorsports can set up a map for that setup, you could probably send off the pfc to Brian to be re-setup, then fine tune where you need yourself.

Of course I'd like to run more boost. But I don't know if I'm save with the stock port and seals. I'll go with the T78 cause I don't have time to wait for a custom GT3540 setup. Yeah, the oct numbers are the same here. We have 93, 95, 98 and brand new 99oct at the station. Or kerosin at the airport.

Is someone running a T78 with the PFC?

nope. I ran 850 x 4. Never got them bored out to 1300 X 4....

either way, I'm using 550cc primary and 1680cc secondary. Runs real good. I will eventually be going 550 primary/1680 secondary/720 subs....since I'm going T-45S
