That metal hard line is an A/C line that is going to the evaporator, not a heater hose. Do you have your A/C still? If so then bend it a little or just leave it alone.
Yes there are two A/C lines ,but I am talking about the coolant line for the heater core that is below both AC lines, like Russell said. Anyway I already swaped it out to the new stuff. If it starts getting baked I'll wrap it.

i would leave the metal line it won't get hard like the rubber will from all that heat!

the boost controller hooks up to the vacuum nipple on the wastegate
I dont have that nipple so I guess I need to pick up a nipple. So it goes from the nipple on the wastegate that I dont have to the boost controller and back into what?

on the wastegate, there should be a port on the top, and a port on the side. the port on the top of the wastegate needs to be connected to the outlet of the boost controller. the side port needs to run to a T, with one line hooked to the inlet of the boost controller, and the other to the charge pipe.

the intercooler pipe, it needs a source that is boost only, not boost/vacuum

Apex'i has the manual for the AVC-R online. It has diagrams of how to hook it up with the different wastegate types.

Even if you don't have an AVC-R, the plumbing diagrams still apply.

Well Demetrios Karagiannis is a local and I strong armed him into tunning the car for me. I will assume that he is just going to street tune it. BUt if he would like to put my car on a dyno and do it up real nice I would pay the bill. I doubt that will happen though. He is a busy guy and I am just happy he is taking some time to help a local grease monkey out. I will most certainly tell you what the butt dyno results are.

Mmm, I miss my single turbo FD now. I had to reposition my heater line there too. I left the metal line in, but rigged it so it was out of the way. Then I nearly overheated the car after loosing coolant when I did it and didn't burp the system enough...memories.
