So you are getting a new down pipe that will seal? Where is mine? Justin, you going to be able to help me out here ?

Mine is not sealing either. You told me all this would be test fit on your car. I assume that you did mean what you said. If it was test then how come none of the hardware was there and why do I have an exhaust leak? Come on man you cant make all the promises and then pass out all the blame when you said you would see to it that it would be right. So i need a down pipe and V band that seal. I would like to get these as soon as possible.
Dave,

The test fitting was for the manifold and downpipe clearance.. It was done. I forgot I have a modded heat shield on my motor mount and didn’t even realize it until you said yours didn’t clear..

As far as the leaking goes, I’ve asked about this several times as well. Mine leaked too, as with others. The fabricator that made the first batch made them with the wrong size flare and they weren’t sealing properly.. That was addressed prior to you ordering, so I had no clue it would even be an issue. Apparently it STILL is. Yet another thing on the list..

For the hardware? No clue. The wastegate nipple isn’t supplied from the manufacturer, and in turn, wasn’t in the kit. Of course, I had NO IDEA about this until you got your kit. Me personally? I would have included it in the kit. Not sure why the other guys at the shop didn’t foresee this coming back at them though.. or why they didn’t think to ask you what size you needed.. if you needed one. Turbo studs? Got me?! Why you only got 2? Hell if I know.. Yet again, something I would have definitely thought of before sending out a “kit”. Guess maybe I should get some stickers made to say: “Some assembly, modification, purchasing, fitting, and aggravation required.”

Anyway, I’m a little pissed off right now, as I have all this to try and fix over the phone. I didn’t expect anything but happy customers (as I was with my kit..) and I got just the opposite. I’ll update here with anything I can come up with.

You are right though.. I did say I would make sure it would be right and it isn’t.

I think Dave is probably the most easy going guy there is. I don't think he will mind once he feels his single turbo 7 stomp anything on the road. Not like he was not doing it before.

Yea who are we kidding Ron, I know what the parst cost. Even if you have $300 into the downpipe, which i doubt we are not even close to the $2200 I spent with you guys. Tell me what the fix is for the down pipe and I will do t myself. I owuld rather not send it back. I do however hope that you guys can get me a Tial wastegate as inadvertainly advertised by Justin here on the forum. After the hardware I had to purchase on my own and the $100 that I was charged for the jet hot that i did not recive. I think that it is a small cost to keep a customer happy and satisfied. If i get the wastegate and flange for the dump tube then I will be satisfied and never bring this up again.

I am aware that you clowns buy them from SSAutochrome and then cut and remount the flange for the turbo. Am i supposed to be impressed that you buy them direct from them weather its on Ebay as they are called SSAutochrome or weather you buy them direct from XSPower.com. Its the same ****. Now if you still want to tell me that you paid more for the same **** you can get off ebay for $300 then you sir are an idiot. Well?? Also cheap turbo.com sells an authentic Garret to4r for $899. You guys are going to sit here and try to tell me that you can't find a hybrid for $200-$300 less? If not then do yourselves all a favor and claim chapter 11 right now. If you want to test me I will find you a ******* supplier for a a hybrid to4r 1.00 a/r FOR NO MORE THAN $650. Don't **** with me. I clearly read Justin state that we would recieve a 40mm wastegate. You also need to complete the thread where Justin posts images of his Tial 40mm wastegate. Proving that it fits well. Now if that isn't ******* bait and swith then what the **** is? Hey funny man if you wanna be a hard *** and **** yourself go right ahead. I can make things extremely hard for a new shop. I already mentioned to Justin about contacting the better business bureau and possibly the FBI interstate commerce commission. All i am asking for a a Tial wastegate that will work with the flange for the dump tube. You wanna go the way of PFS and loose any possible future with the rotary community then keep up the wise *** remarks. Other wise get me my ******* wastegate and be quick about it. You can run your mouth at me once you have refunded my cash ($100 that you owe for jet hot that was never done) or you provide me with the V band and hardware that was supposed to be in the kit that I have never recieved. You look like a complete *** trying to run your mouth at a unsatisfied customer to whom you own money.

Justin, I gave you my credit card info personally so please dont assume that you can just wash your hands of this by telling me how you feel like an ***. I am waiting to hear from someone who knows something about customer service.
