I don't even know what to say Dave... I tell you what though, I see no reason why we shouldn't cover shipping back to the shop to get it freaking right. This is now the what... 4th setback?

I see a reason, I don't think it would be any better. It's on. Im not really worried that much about it. It might seal just fine. I have not started the car. The ony issue is the bottom clearance and really it's not that bad. Not bad enough for me to bother removing and shipping it again. It's about 2" lower than before.

Don't sweat it man. It's fine.

Absolutely- however; I'm desperately trying to fix the **** ups.. I'm absorbing as much of the cost as possible, although Dave did pay the first round of shipping (thanks Dave). It just sucks when you're (me) the man behind a bunch of disappointments. I never knew what that felt like- until now.

during production if the manifold is off by a few millimeters by the time the downpipe reaches the exaust its off by alot, factor in the downpipe having some variance in it and you see why its very hard to get it all to bolt together for everyone everytime.

Justin I finally got enough free time to put he down pipe back on. It fits.

Thats all that I was worried about, the info about it being kinda tight and low was just fyi. I am not worried about it Justin. Quit beating yourself up over it.

VERY true. I think there may be a slight difference in my and Dave's manifold.. Causing the error.. It would make sense anyway.

I know - but you and Martin deserve some customer service. And I'll do what I can to get you some. I really appreciate your patience.. I can't wait to get you clowns out for beers - I figure I'll have to buy for at LEAST 2 weeks!!!

I had a nightmare of a time getting my downpipe to work when I switched single turbo's. It was a real hack job by time I was done, but oh well. Its just the way these things go sometimes.
