i still don't think anyone else dyno'd as much as i did @ 15psi
I tuned an FD with a TO4S to the tune of over 460rwhp at 15psi. Ask Dragon about it, he built the motor for the guy. I think the car is faster than mine and I have a 67-1 (untuned of course).

I have a question for all of you 35/40 guys. Why the hell would you want to restrict exhaust flow like that??????

thats the one i remember.

i do remember you saying that was when you were getting your boost controler set up right because it was all over the place, so are you SURE that huge spike that registered 459 was at 15lb? is this the one?
if you look at the progression of the line.... it was going up there anyway. i was tuning my boost controller and AFR was at 10.0 flat on boost

I doubt plumbing the wastegate back into the downpipe makes much of a difference. I know of some very high hp cars runnng this way.

Because I hate the Noise of an open wastegate thats why I wanted it plumbed back into the DP.

I'm not the original guy that made the comment but I always thought the T3 flange would be a bottle neck. Maybe that is why we see great numbers up to 17-20 psi then not much of anything after that? Maybe its a optical illusion but the flange just looks very small. No bashing intended, its a very nice looking kit and obviously performs very well, but I have wondered about the T3 flange and is one reason I went with the BBT66, probably more expensive but with 2X850 and 2X1600 injectors I cannot max out my turbo before I run out of fuel!

As for the wastegate routing, I have run my wastegate straight out and now have it piped back in and I definately feel the difference... and that is running a 3 1/2" exhaust! The rotary does not like backpressure, period. I couldn't deal with the noise on the street so I will keep it the way it is but I know there is power to be had with running it open.
