This manifold is meant for the FD

I know this will bolt on to a FC but the problem would be clerances to the chassis and intake manifold when the turbo get installed. I"m thinking of upgrading to a divided manifold but dont' want to deal with clearance problem with this manifold.

 

you will have no problems my brother in law used it in his 93

it is a bad *** manifold.

 

Well i know it should work on a 93 but the FC has a different intake manifold not shaped sharply up like the FD.

I've seen this manifold in person as well and quality wise, it's better than the GReddy manifold that comes with the T78 kit. It's fully divided and the runners are larger than the GReddy unit as well. I believe it's designed to take an HKS style wastegate.

Yeah Brian at Rotorsports was telling me about this header, said it was very good quality. He had also mentioned fitting it for an FC he was working on.

Keep me updated guys. I belive in the quality of this exhaust manifold, just want to know if i'll have clearance problem if installed in a FC.

The local rotary specialist is getting a few of these in tomorrow. I'll ask about FC fitment and try and get a pic of the T78 and this manifold side by side. My "old" T78 manifold isn't fully divided. The brand new T78 manifold at the shop is fully divided. Strange....



Oh, they're selling the manifolds for $600 and they're producing a mostly complete kit (all the major components, turbo, manfiold, downpipe, wastegate) for $2200 or so using a T04S. Not sure if there are rules about posting this kind of stuff here...I know it'd get me kicked off the "other" forum.
