i dont see the big deal about banning ephedra in the first place. ephedrine HCL remained legal the whole time.
in my opinion ephedrine is better than taking ephedra anyway. since mahuang is standardized by non fda approved labs, you really dont know how much ephedra you are putting in your body, whereas ephedrine is made in a lab where all the parameters are controlled.
if you guys are having asthma problem bronchodilators are just quick fixes, you guys gotta see your dr's for some kind of therapy that wont **** up your heart. keep in mind that ephedra and ephedrine are also vasorestrictors, it will make your blood pressure and heart rate skyrocket. so if any of you guys have hypertension... dont take it. also, make sure you guys drink your water when you take ephedrine or ephedra it makes your kidneys and bladder work overtime... if you guys notice when you take them diet pills, you cant stop goin to the bathroom to pee.
in anycase...
best fat burner would be (thermogenic if you wanna search online for ready mix pills) taken every 4 hours, and try not to take it at least 4 hours before bedtime

300-325mg aspirin (optional)
you can get ephedrine in the market as Vasopro, it will help you stop coughing too!! lol (aka minithins). i know cuz i take that mix everytime i max out when im lifting, and the weights seem to just fly when you're on that stuff..... crazy
