I tried that a while ago on your recommendation, and I dont think Ill be getting an inhaler ever again. Mine isnt that bad, so it never gets worse that moderately annoying. Not to mention it almost never bothers me, so having something OTC thats effective is perfect.

I am the same way, I haven't had a prescription in years, herbalists have been using ephedra for 100's of years for asthma, I was pretty dissappointed when it was pulled.



If it were a prescription drug they would have added a warning and kept it on the shelf.

I have Asthma also but was taking "yellow jackets" with Ephedra just for the buzz. Woo hoo. Glad to hear that it is back for sure.
