I haven't heard about the asthma thing, how quick does it work? or is it more like a once-a-day thing?

Just don't take too much and it doesn't make your heart race and certainly doens't make you not sleep - for moderate I take one pill and when it's bad I take two - my asthma is off and on and its great to have a pill on hand works in a few minutes like 10-20 min. 100% better.

Ephedra and mahuang act as bronchiodialators. They open the capilaries in your lungs as well as increase your blood pressure. Most EC-stacks (ephedra and caffeine) last for a few hours, six at most. Some of the side effects can be racing heart, dry mouth, agressiveness, and lack of appetite. Be careful combining an ECA stack with additional caffinated products, or asprin, because they can thin your blood too much.

If its a legal and an upper, I take it. You can't have enough caffenine, ephedra, nicotine, etc when you are working 20 hrs a day.

It's been on the shelf all along up here, but they reduced them from 25mg down to 8mg, without lowering the price per bottle.

I think that's the total size of the caplet, not the dosage of ephedra in it. The 8s and 25s are the same size as a 200mg caffeine tablet or 325mg aspirin.

yea something like that.... i guess it depends on what you are talking about, i am guessing they are the same as what you used to get up there.

Each capsule contains: Ephedra Alkaloids Standardized for 24mg (240 mg. Ephedra Extract)
