Default possible engine damage:

Hey guys, last night I highreved my rx8 right after turning it on to show my friend and I think I mat have flooded it. After it has a really rough idle and did not want to move. I had lots of smoke but eventually got it rolling and drove it till it began to smooth out. Shut if off and went to drive it this morning, now it's stalling at idle or is very rough at idle and if I floor it while driving or drive in to low rpm or drive up hill it sounds like it's gonna stall out and the cel flashes. But I can gradually get up to anyspeed if I don't press the gas hard and it starts right up cold and hot. Also the conpresson was just checked on the car and it was still good. Could I have ruined the spark plugs from this? ( they were already pretty old ) or could it be my fuel pump? Any help would be great. I had to drive it to work today because I had no other option I'm hoping I don't damage anything... 2004 m/t 77k miles
