RX-8!!

Go to Rotary News to see the pics!

Of course, I'm sure most of you have seen them by now. They've been out for almost a week.

Looks good, did they shorten up the trunk or something? It looks a little different in the rear!

I like what I see and hear Particularly the part about a turbo charged version - yeah, baby! I'm keeping to my plan - give them a couple of years to work the bugs out, introduce the Turbo and then it's mine!! I have only seen one discussion of cost - mid 30's. Any ideas what this baby is really going to run? :sneaky:

I would think the 30K mark is conservative, but hard to say with the way the auto market is right now. Hell they are getting close to 30 for the Mustang.

Haven't heard much on the turbo version, when are they planning on it hitting production?

I like what Mazda is doing with the RX-8. I like what Mazda is doing in general with all their cars right now.

The new Altenza/6 looks great. What they have done with the Protege line is great. The MP3, the Protege 5, they're really appealing to a lot of markets.

Maybe Mazda can make a comeback, buy out Ford's share, and get on their own again. But more importantly, a new RX-7 and a rotary Miata would be nice!

A turbo is being developed for the renesis. Not sure if it for aftermarket or under license for Mazda.

i agree with jerry. Mazda's line is very appealing to MANY people. i have fallen in love with the Protege's front end. But also the cars in general. i do se ethem being able to make a come back. Especially with the new rotaries coming out. They are finally getting their **** together!!
