hello everyone, my 2004 RX8 seems to have a long crank before starting. it also sounds like low compression. does this ound like a typical concern and should i be worried? does anyone know what the compression should be and the proper procedure for checking it. Thanks Rob

It is a usual symptom of low compression, however it doesn't mean its that for sure. Has the starter recall been done on the vehicle? It seems like Rx-8 engines are failing left and right, we have another coming in for a rebuild tomorrow...
