Another WA guy...sweet.

Check the FSM on www.teamfc3s.com

You line up the dimple with this little teardrop looking guy on the bottom of the CAS...it was a pain for me at first. I'm sure someone can explain it better.

That's pretty much it.. Here is what j9 told me when I put mine in:

- line up zero degrees on the e shaft pulley with the pin on the front cover

- line up timing mark on bottom cas gear with timing mark on cas shaft

- take cas cover off.. the teeth should be roughly inline with the pickup coils inside

- drop cas in to front cover slowly watching upper gear so you don't move it too much.. try to center it on the bolt

Then check the timing with a light. This worked fine for me.

Yea, like the others said. I think doing it in the proper order is important. Make sure you line up the pulley first, then pull the cas and line it up, then reinstall it being carefull not to move it too much. Then whip out the timing light and have at it.
