Default Ignition Coils have No power. Need help

Hi,
I just had an engine rebuilt. I have put the engine in and have double checked everything but I can't get the car to crank. I noticed I had no spark. I have determined I have no power to the coils. Also I have no power to the ignition condenser which mounts to the top of the motor grounded. All fuses check to be good. I checked the ignition relay and it tests good. I am getting no spark to all plugs. The crank sensor tested okay. I must be missing something. Can someone help me out?

Check battery connection with engine coil, to create spark need a charged battery. Rebuild engine body with a proper manner and other things must be done in a good way.
