So you guys put all kinds of parts on your car that change the factory specs and it breaks, assuming that’s its a related system you think that Mazda should cover that? That crazy put yourself in their shows.

Additionally My Fd was super reliable until I started adding aftermarket parts. In the first 80,000 mile I lost one cat, radiator and a water pump. All other service was wear related. When I replaced the cat I didn't the whole exhaust and intake system. The motor blew 7000 miles later. While 87,000 mile is about average for an FD I still think if I would have left stock she would have hung in there longer. I had the engine rebuilt and turbos replace and other go fast goodies install to the tune of 10,000 and I fully expect to join the club of un reliable Rx-7 owners. I'm also getting well over 100 hp gain to the rear wheels something that doesn't seem possible with RX-8 heavily moded cars are struggling to get into the 13's hardly seems worth it to me for 30k plus mods.
