For sale is a 1981 Mazda RX7 GSL in good condition.
Has a 1.1L Rotary engine, Manual transmission, 112613 miles.
This is a very fun car to drive, and is ready to go! Just passed Pennsylvania inspection (Oct 2014) with nothing needed. Currently registered, and insured. I have the title, which is clean.

Includes original owners manual, Haynes service manual, and car cover.

I am the 2nd owner of this car. Purchased the car from the original owner in 2009. It has the GSL luxury package including power windows/mirrors, cruise control, Limited Slip Differential, sunroof, A/C, etc. The original owner replaced the 8-track stereo with a Pioneer cassette/radio deck, which is still installed and I have the manual for.
Hate to see it go, but I no longer have the time to keep working on it.

In the time I have owned it I have done the following work:
Replaced the battery (last week - has a 2 year warranty from Advance Auto Parts. Have receipt)
Replaced the front wiper blades (last week)
Body work - removed surface rust and repainted original color (silver). Added black racing stripes.
Oil change
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced the headlights
Replaced the fuel filter
Replaced the fuel pump
Replaced the air filter

Things to work on:
The engine idles high (between 1000 and 2000 rpm). The A/C still works, but probably needs to be recharged - uses old R-22 refrigerant. Some small areas of paint need to be retouched. Interior vinyl/plastic need to be restored. The windshield washer fluid pump is not working. Needs an alignment. The turn signal no longer turns itself off after turning and has to be turned off manually. Driver and passenger window switches do not work 100% of the time.
