not too fond of the rear design on the pre89s..
favoring the slight accents on the body style as well...mostly aesthetics preferences...some performance differences ..higher compression, lighter rotors and flywheel, better intake, etc...some of which can be revised via aftermarket parts...

Don't forget interior diffrences, I had a 88 Gxl, then bought my '89 TII WORLD of diffrence, but I have the momo black int. I'm not sure about the other '89's. It was a massive change for me, but that could have come from the oversized hair dryer under the hood. What do you guys call it? Turbo??? I think that's what it's called. Sorry ignore me, i'm stupid, and really bored!!! Not a good combo!
