I bought this car back in May with the intention of turning it into my daily driver. Since I already had a “race oriented” RX-7, I decided to build this car with a more dailydriver-friendly mindset. Anyhow, after completing the build, I realized that I had neither the desire to own a car so similar to the other, nor the financial abilities to maintain both of them (I am a full time student that works part time, and on top of that I own another car and a bike). So nevertheless, here is one of the cleanest FC3S RX-7s (in my opinion) that you will ever see.

The Rundown:

Engine

• Low mileage JDM S5 motor from an automatic car (motor was compression tested at Ground Zero) and the ****** pulls hard

• Full SS 3” Turbo-back exhaust (Less than 500miles)

• Blitz DD BOV

• Taurus E-Fan wired to a manual switch via relay

• Aluminum 3” Turbo Inlet Duct/air filter (Less than 500miles)

• All emission systems removed

• All new vacuum lines (Less than 500miles)

• All new fuel lines (Less than 500miles)

• All new injector o-rings/lower grommets/upper grommets (Less than 500miles)

• New fuel filter (Less than 500miles)

• 255LPH Fuel pump

Drivetrain/Brakes/Suspension

• Exedy stock replacement clutch (Less than 500miles)

• Resurfaced flywheel (Less than 500miles)

• Mazdatrix ABS deletion kit (Less than 500miles)

• E-brake works very well

• KYB AGX adjustable shocks (Less than 500miles)

• Espilir ASD Springs (most drop and highest rate factory style spring for the FC)

Interior

• 9.5/10 overall

• Aftermarket water temp gauge (since the stock S5 gauge is useless anyways)

• HKS Boost gauge

• Sony CD/MP3/I-pod deck

• Has the factory cargo cover (very rare)

• Alpine 2-ways in the front doors

Exterior

• Brand new Crystal White (factory color) paint with 1-year warranty

Wheels/Tires

• The car does not come with the wheels/tires pictured. It will have the exact same wheels with 205/55/16’s on them, rather than the 225’s on there right now. Tires had good tread left.

The bad stuff

• You have to hold the throttle open for a minute or two when cold starting the car. I assume this is because the JDM motor doesn’t have cold-start provisions, and I’m running a US-Spec ECU that expects them to be there.

• The ECU just threw a pressure sensor and TPS code, and I’m working on finding replacements for them right now. I will not sell you an incorrectly functioning car.

• The car has no O2 sensor in it right now because I put the downpipe on before installing it, and now there isn’t enough room between the DP and the heater hard-line to squeeze it in. You will receive a brand new O2 sensor with the car.

• THE CAR NEEDS A FUEL CUT DEFENCER (with the straight exhaust and intake, the boost has raised beyond the ECU’s allowed limit of 8.5psi)

The Price

• I’m asking $8,000obo. I’m open to offers as long as you don’t lowball me. It is extremely rare to find a S5 T-II at all nowadays, much less find one in this kind of shape, not to mention all the work and modifications that have been done with less than 300 miles on them. I am open to trades, and trades plus cash on your end.

I can be reached via PM on the forum, email, or phone at 503-481-5202. If you call me and I don’t answer, please leave me a message. I will update this posting if I remember anything that was left out.

the civic is a black on black. the exterior is good except with the front bumper. theres cracks under the front bumper. has stock tires and wheels. has a Apexi 3" muffler. the engine has about 110000 but still runs good. theres a crack on the headers but will included a megan racing headers if wanted.(dont have the time to install the headers. and for the pics cant show you. sorry. if you want to trade with some cash for your FC. oh yeah by the way where do you live.

Hi, Kevin. My name is Alan from Vegas. I am a bit interested in your white 1990 FC. I've texted you through your phone#, but you've never ever responded me back. I am just asking if your FC is still available for sale now? I think you can get my email & phone# if you look back to your text message from me. I am here waiting for your quick response. Thank you and have a nice and wonderful day!
