I bought this car back in May with the intention of turning it into my daily driver. Since I already had a race oriented RX-7, I decided to build this car with a more dailydriver-friendly mindset. Anyhow, after completing the build, I realized that I had neither the desire to own a car so similar to the other, nor the financial abilities to maintain both of them (I am a full time student that works part time, and on top of that I own another car and a bike). So nevertheless, here is one of the cleanest FC3S RX-7s (in my opinion) that you will ever see.

It will have the exact same wheels with 205/55/16s on them, rather than the 225s on there right now. Tires had good tread left. The bad stuff You have to hold the throttle open for a minute or two when cold starting the car. I assume this is because the JDM motor doesnt have cold-start provisions, and Im running a US-Spec ECU that expects them to be there. The ECU just threw a pressure sensor and TPS code, and Im working on finding replacements for them right now. I will not sell you an incorrectly functioning car. The car has no O2 sensor in it right now because I put the downpipe on before installing it, and now there isnt enough room between the DP and the heater hard-line to squeeze it in. You will receive a brand new O2 sensor with the car. THE CAR NEEDS A FUEL CUT DEFENCER (with the straight exhaust and intake, the boost has raised beyond the ECUs allowed limit of 8.5psi) The Price Im asking $8,000obo. Im open to offers as long as you dont lowball me. It is extremely rare to find a S5 T-II at all nowadays, much less find one in this kind of shape, not to mention all the work and modifications that have been done with less than 300 miles on them. I am open to trades, and trades plus cash on your end. I can be reached via PM on the forum, email, or phone at 503-481-5202. If you call me and I dont answer, please leave me a message. I will update this posting if I remember anything that was left out. -Kevin |
