Fs:99 Maxima Se 5spd V1 Supercharged (pics)

My friend is selling his car and asked me to help him. It's a really clean car, really fast too.
-99 black w/black leather fully loaded (heated mirrors, seats, sunroof)
-5spd manual (pretty rare to find a 99 black on black 5spd fully loaded)
-i30 dimming mirror
-clifford autostart/security system (headlight on/off, window roll up, panic, and can add many other functions)
-the car has 93xxx miles on it. however the engine has only 54xxx miles on it. it was replaced early this year b/c the old motor had a valve seal problem from sitting untouched during the winter.
exterior:
-clear corners
-red/clear tails
-stillen body kit
-tinted windows
suspension/wheels:
-h&r springs
-tokico shocks
-Stillen FSTB
-Courtesy RSTB
-Adco RSB
-18x8 Millie Miglia w/kumho escta mx's (a lot of tread left)
-stock wheels have 2 pretty new snow tires mounted on them and 2 regular tires
engine/trans:
-54k motor (from an automatic maxima, which is better since usually automatics are treated better then manuals)
-the rare V1 supercharger with a 3.125 pulley
-Blitz BOV
-RT high flow cat (replaced less then a year ago)
-Cattman Cattback (replaced less then a year ago)
-Budget Y pipe (replaced less then a year ago)
-Fidenza flywheel
-ACT street clutch
-Short Shifter
interior:
-autometer pro-comp boost, a/f, fuel pressure gauges
-6" sony screen in place of stock headunit
-sony c90 headunit (currently worth around 400 used)
-sony signal processor (dont know exactly how much its worth but it was around 2grand new) (this is very advanced, you set ur equalizer w/a computer)
-3 10" JL w6's in the trunk custom fitted where the spare tire goes (the car still has full trunk space)
-dynomated trunk
-system pumps hard and clear, many other parts to it, if interested PM me
looking to get around 10,500 OR BEST OFFER. Price is negotiable and certain parts can be taken off and the price will be lowered accordingly.
