As is i would need 2700 but would go for 2200 with stock hood and 91 coupe rims and tires.
LONG list of mods but ill try to remember all of em-
Racing Beat road race header
Racing Beat turbo mufflers
Racing beat upper intake manifold
Suspension Techniques springs all the way around
ADR 17 in rims and Kuhmo 712s
Tii hood
rear seats
New auto seat belts
Autometer Sport Comp a/f guage
New water pump
New alternator
New clutch slave and line
MSD 6a setup for direct fire
carburated with a Weber 45 dcoe
running a s4 motor
malpasi regulator
efan and adjustable thermal probe
no ac
no ps
no air pump
Knn air filter

Its in new braunfels tx ( just north of san antonio) and it is a ps delete not a manual rack.
