Okay,

Well after a lot of time and a LOT of money, I'm throwin in the towel on my FB. I am the second owner of the car, my uncle was the first. This car has great history. 86,xxx miles on the odometer, 7,000 miles on the street-ported 12a rebuilt by rotary warehouse in NC about 1 year ago.

Little to nothing left on this car is stock.

I bought the car about a year ago from my uncle. He had it repainted about 10 years ago, and the paint was fading fuzzy, basically looked like ****. I stripped the car down to bare metal. Fixed all the dents, shaved the emblems, shaved the side marker lamps, (all this was done professionally by me in a body shop and paint booth). Once the car was stripped and clean I painted it, Inside and Outside, door panels, engine bay. Unless you pull up the carpet you would never know the car wasn't yellow from the factory. Repainted the car R1 Competition Yellow Mica. 1 coat primer filler, 1 coat primer sealer, 3 coats base, 3 coats mid, 4 coats of clear. I spent over 500 hours working on this car, just on the paint and body work.

Decals were applied by myself as well.

Once the paint was Finished I installed the streetported 12a engine. Compression is 100 on the front 90 on the rear. Feeding the engine is a side draft oer 45 mm racing carb, attached to a holley red fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Removing gases is a full (engine to tail pipe) racing beat streetport exhaust system.

Helping keep the engine cool is a front mount oil cooler sourced from a gsl-se, and it is in mint condition.

Getting the power to the ground is a heavy duty rebuilt 13b transmission with hd seals, bearings, etc.

Then connected it all together with a GSL-SE suspension with a racing beat rear anti-sway bar, and new Koni shocks. I also have racing beat springs that I just bought that I have yet to install on the car. Wheels are 16 X7 Alloys and are shod with 205/45/zr16 rubber (nitto nt450s up front/nexums in theback). After running this setup at the auto-x I can tell you it works! (car has been auto-x once).

I just installed a new steering box to rid the car of the wondersteering as well.

Also installed is a lightened steel flywheel with counterweight, orbital battery, pioneer head unit with 4" rockford fosgates up front and 6" pioneer 3 ways in the back, also attached in a sony amp with 2 8" subs in there own boxes in the back.

Car also sports a glass moonroof in mint condition. Headlights are sylvania silverstars that were just installed 3 months ago.

Car also has GSL-SE door panels, GSL-SE seats, and shift and e-brake boots from redlinegoods.com and my very own 1 of a kind honduras pine with ebony stain custom cup holder in the center console.

Will smog for you before you take it home.

The Bad:

Dashboard has a dash mat b/c it is cracked.

Will post more pics as I upload them.

Car is located in Santa Barbara, CA. I will deliver to you for free (within reason, say 100 miles)

Price $6000 obo. May part engine/trans/carb/exhaust from car if it comes down to it.

I have a spec sheet that I have kept track of my expenses for this project and my parts alone total more than $7000 not counting my labor or that of others.[attachment=39340:attachment][attachment=39342:attachment][attachment=39343:attachment][attachment=39344:attachment]
