fc or fd

my limit is 8k must have mods and must run good i need it for a daily driver and i am in so.cal. so id need it a. colse b. to pass emeitions.

You probably want to look for an FC with that budget. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will get a good condition FD anywhere near that. FCs, however, are MUCH cheaper and well within that budget.
