Cym 89 Tii
#1
My friend doesnt have internet access so I'm posting this for him.
Its a 1989 TurboII
130,000 miles on the chassis
fresh streetported motor with only 7,000 miles on it
Has a new turbo with only 2500 miles on it
external wastegate
650cc secondary injectors
double pulley alt.
Mallory universal EFI fuel pressure regulator w/autometer fuel pressure gauge
autometer dual gauge pod on a pillar with autometer boost and air fuel gauges
HKS SS blow off valve
cone intake filter
16" Borbet Type C rims
Throttle body has been ported and extra set of butterflies removed
It had the COMPLETE interior from a mint 90 GXL put in ( black with the red and white pinstriping)
Still has the hatch cover and all!
It has a nice panasonic head unit
6-disc changer in the passenger side storage bin
4" kenwoods in doors
1" kenwood tweeters mounted in triangles in window
6.5" bostons under dash
California 4 channel amp
10" bazooka tube
3" racing beat downpipe
3" full exhaust with a 3" y-pipe
The car is actual 1993 mazda rx7 r1 competition yellow mica. A sample was acquired from Tom Bush Mazda here in Jacksonville Florida and then taken to the paint shop where it was matched. The underhood is still black, but all jambs and hatch area are matching CYM.
I know his car usually runs about, 10+psi. It is a very nice car, always quick to turn heads, and is pretty quick as well. It has a S4 motor(lower compression rotors) and a S5 turbo.
I only have 2 pics in my PC, but I will take more tomorrow or the next day and post them. This car is incredible! It is easily one of the nicer 2nd gens I've seen. The pics don't show the full exhaust, he hadn't put his tips on it then.
He's asking $6450 OBO. He may deliver it within a reasonable range. The car does have a clean florida title in his name.

Doors were grey leather originally and so were the seats. Everything in it was replaced with the pin striped interior from the 90 GXL. EVERY single interior piece and trim was swapped except the dash.
but point is moot
SOLD today for $6000 cash
