im typing this because brian (the seller) doesn't spend much time near a computer anymore.
the car is still for sale. it only has 44k on it. very low mileage. the interior is perfect, and the exterior is in great condition with the normal stone chips here and there on it.
this car is a great deal, and the secondary turbo problem can probably be fixed for about 100 bucks (according to TheCamel)... probably an actuator or a vacuum line problem.
I would buy it, but my next car needs to be great on gas considering i have to drive over 100 miles a day.
