Hey im the guy from Tennessee that offered 5500. I went and met him and drove the car and everything. great car i love the way to drvoe it was cool. Only thing....doesnt have the car registered so thats why i didnt buy it. He told me that he was gonna go see what they say on the following Monday and havent heard a word from him since. SO guys before you offer to meet him or anything you better check with him twice about the title sitaution

 

I found out that I have to get it towed to an inspector who has to deem is safe just to drive the stupid thing on the road, then I have to get emissions done, then I can get a title.



Wow, $68 just for the inspection, God knows how much to have it towed, then about $30 to actually get it registered...

 

Damn homie! Still have not sold it yet.



Title work is not too much. If you have the existing title, just write in you bought the car for like 1500 bucks or so or even cheaper, take it to the DMV, and pay the title fee, might need tags also, be like no more than 100 bucks. I dunno how they do it down in Georgia, but in maryland it totaled to like 81 bucks for tags, 50 bucks for title, and 60 bucks for inspection. This is not including the struts,tires,and brake pads. That was about 700 bucks.
