Here's the info:



1986 GXL, 224k miles. This car has been my daily driver for over a year, but it's time to let it go. I have a 1-year old son and I am looking for something cheap with 4 doors as well as a new motorcycle, so I can't have this car as well. The car is located 45 minutes from Harrisburg, PA.



The Good

Motor has 45k miles (Mazda reman. built in '01)

Clutch is in good shape

Transmission shifts fine into every gear

LSD functional

Racing Beat header

Racing Beat resonator

CorkSport cat-back

Removed emissions

Removed A/C

Removed P/S

Current PA inspection

Tires on stock wheels have less than 1k miles

Miata Short Shifter

Less than 2k miles on new pads/rotors/calipers on front

TII suspension (removed AAS)

TII wing (black to match molding)

New upper rad hose installed (new lower included but not installed)



The Bad

Driver's door handle won't open from outside

Needs wiper switch

Rough/high idle (probably BAC issue)



The Ugly

Paint on hood/roof is ugly and weathered

Small surface rust spots by rear wheels

Driver's seat torn

No antenna (CD player works, but not radio)

Center trim broken but stays in place

Missing passenger door molding



The Optional

I also have a set of 17" OZ Superleggera wheels installed on the car. The tires are 215/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear BF Goodrich G-Force Sports, with less than 1500 miles on them. I will include this set for $600 above the purchase price of the car.



The Money

I am looking to get $2000 for the car, but reasonable offers will be considered. Yes, it has small problems, but it has been very reliable for me, with nothing but routine maintenance required for the past year. I have driven it to North Jersey several times over the past year with zero issues. The car burns almost no oil (1/2 quart every 2500 miles), and doesn't have any heating issues.
