I'm wondering if anyone is interested. I just bought the car, basically, from a customer of mine who bought it new and gave it to their college kid.
It was sitting outside for a while, once a year they brought it in to get it checked over and have the oil changed / road test the car. It currently has 69,800 miles on it.
It's white w/red interior, the carpet in the back was destroyed by sunlight, one of the storage compartment lid hinges (plastic) is broken, otherwise the interior is in good shape.
The manual transmission shifts awesome/rear diff is quiet. Engine runs great and starts well cold or hot.
The body is in ok shape, there are some dings and a few spots of surface rust (not the kind that are almost holes...)
It needs the combination switch replaced (or taken apart and cleaned: the high-beam switch doesn't work)
After I purchased the car I replaced the following:
Radiator & cap
Upper and lower radiator hoses
Installed a Pacesetter header / Pacesetter Monza muffler/axle pipe
New fuel pump (from Mazda)
New spark plugs (OES)
Accelerator pump diaphragm
I have a set of black lense projector headlights on the way
Clutch master cylinder is also on the way(OEM)
Hatch struts (dammit! Mazda says "discontinued" )
I'm not listing an asking price now, just wondering if there's someone who wants it more than I do.
