Nice car! I'd consider a 1st gen. I'm in Richmond, too! Funny thing is, I got rid of a T2 roller a couple years ago, but it was an '88.

its auto and its perfect.it has antique plates and people out here love it.it has all stock parts and the motor is fully built and street ported and it even has ac. i drive it once a month and it gets pretty good gas milage.let me know !!
