Im looking for a FD Engine and Transmission.

I would really really prefer to get a complete pull or drop out.

Im putting this in my MX and would like to have EVERYTHING I need for the swap

rather than have to get misc little parts here and there.



I am considering Blown motors and trans as well.

Reason why is I need to do my measurements and cut/welds SOON.

And with putting in a bad engine and trans...at least its in there and I can either

get a good drivetrain or fix the bad.



Anyway, complete swaps are prefered...Engine and Trans dont have to be together though...

but again...would prefer that they are.



I would appreciate any help guys on location one

The pic you posted isnt an FD motor. Its a Eunos/Mazda Cosmo 13b RE with its automatic trans.



Check JDM importers for engines and trans. Or even a whole front clip.

 

Im aware I posted a Cosmo motor.

It was used for...well...comparative purposes.

Im just trying to tell ppl that I am looking for something like that.

Complete.

Not a shortblock, not just the rotor housings, etc



Ive checked with a few importers and stuff but would rather deal with a US spec

for costs.



A stock US spec FD should be a little cheaper than a Jspec FD, right?



I would consider the front clip...but dont want to spend the 2500+ on a clip just to use the

engine, trans and ecu and then have to sit and try and sell the rest of the stuff.

 

I've got a complete swap sitting in my garage...I was going to throw it into my FC - But it is Jspec.



So.. its your call.
