are these new or used? do these work with any engine? i have a 13b and wasnt sure if they are specific to any engine.

Yes these are used (by me roughly 2 years ago before I switched to a TII setup), These will work with any N/A 13B motor from 1984 to 1991, all the sleeves are the same specs.
