FYI: "new" means replaced with brand new OEM or quality aftermarket (where indicated) componentry about 2 years ago when I did the rebuild.



Engine/Drivetrain:

• Streetported, recently (2 years ago) rebuilt 13BT engine short block, done by Kevin Landers of Rotary Resurrection, run on a Steve Kan tune. OMP blockoff plates attached, run on high quality Motul full synthetic premix and Mobil 1 main engine oil exclusively. Redlined regularly but not thrashed, extremely well maintained. Includes stock intake manifolds, throttle body, and SUPER LIGHT ~10lb flywheel, resurfaced 2 years ago with rebuild. Dyno'd 230.2 rwhp on the stock turbo [not included] without a boost controller. $2500 obo
  
• S5 TII Drivetrain, including:
  • Transmission with new Mazdacomp tranny mounts
    
  • Driveshaft
    
  • Viscous Diff with new Mazdacomp diff mount
    
  • Rear half-shafts (completely rebuilt and new boots 15k ago)
    
  • Rear subframe with new OEM frame bushings and new energy suspension poly bushings on arms

• 5-lug conversion setup (all 4 hubs, rotors, and calipers) $250
  

Body:

• Driver's and Passenger's Window Glass $40 each
  
• Driver's and Passenger's Window Regulator $80 each

I won't ship the engine, subframe, 5-lug conversion, or 'vert top, those are pickup only (Atlanta area, Ga).

Pics of calipers and rotors? Condition of them? Need rebuild or not?

They are in great condition, all 4 calipers were rebuilt using OEM parts 2 years ago. Everything was great on them. Obviously the rotors, having sat for a while, have a thin layer of oxidation, as all rotors do, but they are not pitted or damaged. The rotors were brand new 2 years ago also, not refinished, but actually brand spanking new OEM.
