Bought it about a month ago from Ray at Malloy Mazda. It has all my accessories on it, come with turbo, everything, minus some misc. hoses. Block-off plates, dual belt alt pulley, and the gasket kit to put it all on. Asking 2800$ for everything. Can come with the harness, but it's missing injector pigtails. I'm in the Cincinnati area, but can freight it if necessary. Any questions, please PM me and I'll answer to the best of my ability.
