I have a Gotham Racing oil pan brace for sale. Originally had it on my new engine and when the pan started to leak (turned out NOT to be the pan), I swapped over to an Xcessive oil pan. It turns out the rear turbo blockoff plate wasn't on, causing the leak. Took me $400 and pulling the engine to discover it. In short, the brace does work and work well. I used it to seal my cosmo block which is lacking several of the necessary oil pan bolt hole locations. So it'll seal an FD pan quite nicely. My loss, your gain.

$100 shipped via Fed Ex.

Will do. At work currently but I'll do it when I get home. Here's an image of the brace off the Gotham site

Michel, does that just get bolted on over the bottom of the pan?

Yes, slides over the bottom of the pan. I suppose one wouldn't need to remove the pan but if it's a bad bad leak, I would highly suggest you pull the pan, regoop it with sealant and slide the brace over the bottom of the pan. Here's an actual pic of the brace I'm selling. Note: there's still a bit of sealant on it hence the gray areas...the powder coating is intact. The brakes and wheels/tires are NOT for sale
