I tried selling my FC as a whole for $10,000. But nobody has made me offers, so I parting it out.

I am putting my RX7 up for sale. I don't have the time to play with her anymore. I'd hate to sell her, but it's time to move on.
I have a 3 rotor 914 Porsche I want to complete, and this FC just keeps sucking up my time.
I am asking for $10,000. There is simply soo many modifications I have done to this car. I will list most of them below and keep adding to it within the next few days.
If I can't get what I want for this FC, I WILL BE PARTING IT OUT.
It was fun. I'll be back with a 3 rotor 914.
MOD LIST:
-Haltech E6X w/Reluctor
-S5 engine
-Garret GT35R Turbo ball bearing - .86 turbine
-VOLK GT-P rims. (17 inch) 17X8 front, 17X9 rear
-SS Autochrome turbo manifold with heatwrap.
-SPEARCO Front Mount Intercooler
-GReddy BOV
-Mariah front flared fiberglass fenders with S5 trim attached.
-GReddy 60mm gauges w/peak hold. (Boost, EGT, Coolant Temp, Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure)
-GM alternator with dual V belt pullies.
-AFCO Twin Pass Radiator w/ Tarus E-Fan (Zero cooling issues)
-Dual stock oil coolers.
-ACT Xtreme clutch.
-Racing Beat Aluminum flywheel.
-Turbo XS Dual boost controller.
-3 inch exhaust
-Dual Racing beat mufflers.
-QTEC cutout valve
-Brake Calipers painted red.

The car is perfect. I can fire her up and show you there is no smoke. This turbo will do 2.5 BAR of boost.
However, I welded a Vband on the hotside to get rid of the T3 4 bolt flange that sucks ***. And the snail is welded to the manifold. You might want to buy a new snal if you want to bump the .84 hotside up to 1.06. Spools fast.
I would like $1500 for the turbo, manifold and wastegate.
