When you guys rebuild the alternator, could you upgrade it to put out more amps? I know this is possible just not sure if you guys do it. Also do you know what the stock alternator puts out in amps.

FD is supposed to be 100 Amps, I think the FC ran around 80 Amps..

lol.. When your hoods open dumb asses will flock to the front of your car and ask stupid questions... I think they are attracted to anything shinny, kinda like bugs to a light..

Its just for looks. Polished pieces realy make the engine bay stand out. Its much better looking than the dirty oxidized look aluminum takes on after time.

Someone asked if I can polished other parts too. We can do a stock mount intercooler and an efini y-pipe for $175 for both. If you want anything else polished just ask.

Chroming involves a coating being applied to the part. The benefit of this is that it is easier to maintain as you can just wipe it down with some windex or something. The process is also very expensive. I have a friend that spent over $2000 to chrome a number of parts in his engine bay. Chrome also adds weight.

Yeah, most people I've seen seem to notice a polished manifold before they notice a good turbo setup.
