I have just bought this from a local 7 owner who bought it from Mazdaspeed7 sometime back. Mazdaspeed7 put 15K on it after he put it in his car . the 2nd owner put less than 10 miles on it but kept it lubed and oiled. He removed it from his project car and I picked it up 3/26/05. We checked and the compression was good.



I have gone back and forth trying to decide if I need this much motor and can afford to do it right. I dont think I have the brains or the pocketbook to get the most out of this motor and I have since found a car that really suites my needs better than this monster port motor. I say monster because I had never seen anything like it.

If I had the money I would keep it and sell some other things and do this engine right. I feel it is a very good engine and I hate to get rid of it but I dont have time to do a swap right now.



I appreciate all the help Mazdaspeed7 gave me before I bought this engine. Aslo thanks to Prowler684 who sold me the engine.



If I had more knowledge of this type of system and some help then I would keep it.



I am sure that this motor would at the very least be better than any stock motor.
