1993 Touring Single Turbo/Built Motor RX-7 (Gotham Racing Built and Tuned!)!!!



















The quick details of my car are this:







It is a '93 touring model with a color combo of - Red exterior with tan/black leather interior. It’s a 5-speed manual with 104,000 Chassis miles and Clean Title! The car is completely stock in appearance other than powder-coated black factory wheels.





Motor is a “stage 2” street-ported Gotham Racing motor [not a rebuild], and has approx. less than 5k miles on it. The car has a Garret GT turbo kit with approx. less than 5000 miles on the turbo and ALL accessories. The car was both fully built and tuned by Gotham Racing. Steve Kan tuned the vehicle to approx. 450 rwhp at 15 psi on pump gas! I’ve been told the car is capable of pushing well over 500 rwhp once the boost is turned up and the octane and tuning have been accommodated.





In addition to the single turbo, the car has EVERY necessary supporting mod, from an upgraded clutch, FMIC, fuel system, Power FC/Commander, full 3" exhaust, and everything is a brand name, quality part. Below, I'll take the time to list every single mod the car has, from suspension, brakes, engine, etc. Needless to say, there isn't much left untouched.









In all honesty, this is one of the nicest RX-7’s I’ve ever come across. In terms of build quality it’s a straight 10/10. The interior on the car is the same, a perfect 10/10. The exterior is the ONLY part of this car slightly lagging behind. I would say it’s an 8.5/10 with there being a couple very minor dents, a few paint scratches/chips and in one area the clearcoat has started to peel (Shown in Pictures). Even so, the paint STILL looks fantastic when the car is clean. I’m just very particular about my cars so I notice everything.





I would LOVE to keep this FD, but in my situation I realistically can’t. Being a student with an FD 3-rotor project in the works, I can’t/don’t have too much money to spend around. And I KNOW if I were to keep this Mazda I would start modifying the exterior and then have another project RX-7 in the works.





I wish I could keep this, but I can’t, so I’m unfortunately putting it up for sale. I’m in no hurry to sell, and this car has well over $50,000 in modifications performed. $20,000 + of those being from Gotham Racing alone!!! Best part of all is that almost ALL of the modifications done to this car have been documented and I have well over $30,000 in receipts.
