13B 4-port engine, mostly new components
13B 4-port engine w/FB front cover
Engine came out of school car so didn't get run much, less than 100hrs run time.
13GSL-SE rotors e-shaft
Receipt from Mazdatrix for all but the rotor housings & apex/corner seals
New irons (S5 TII, improved castings over S4)
New rotor housings (FD)
New seals & springs (Stock 2mm, w/FD corner seal springs)
New corner seal rubber
New gears & bearings
New tension bolts w/seals
New oil pump/chain
Racing Beat racing pressure regulator
New CAS, wires cut (used to have weatherpack to ECM)
Mazdatrix 4" underdrive pulley
Mazdatrix oil pan baffle
Ports mildly massaged
Surface finish extremely smooth, inside of port slightly rougher
Bowl volume increased & runners shaped as close to constant area as possible
Opening beveled and opened slightly (~1*) sooner
Closing blended closing slightly (~0.5*) later
Outer edge taken to 2mm from corner seal track
Inner edge taken to 1mm from oil scraper track
Fully blueprinted with build book of measurements/clearances.
All hard parts measured and confirmed good by FSM standard.
Engine is loose and out of car so I can't take compression readings but was running strong when removed from the car and lubed for storage. (Has been sitting approximatly 6 months)
Comes with Mazdatrix aluminum NA flywheel w/new friction surface & hardware. Mazdatrix heavy duty clutch/PP.
Need $2000, picked up. Could deliver or meet within 2hr from Columbus, Indiana for the cost of fuel.
Yeah, by smooth I mean 2000grit, that took forever...
