periphial ported turbo motorcycle!
#1
Well here is my attempt at a rotary motorbike. Its still a work in progress but coming along, the bike is a honda mb100 with a sachs km3 lawnmower engine 110cc, the engine has been modified alot and is now periphial ported and has had all the internal cooling system redesigned and runs a seperate total loss oil system for the engine bearings, the gearbox is a modified mb100 gearbox with mb5 internals and a custom input shaft to replace the crank, I am in the process at the moment of fiting a turbo charger to it, It currently runs a modified mb100 carburator which maybe changed at a later date, a total loss ignition system, It will be a blow through setup and will have a mazda 323 turbo intercooler, honda fuel pump, turbosmart fuel regulator, 6th gen rx7 blowoff valve, custom electric oil pump and regulator, the turbo is a tiny ihi rollerbearing turbo, it starts to spin when you kick the bike over! so it shouldnt have any trouble coming on boost, have a look at the videos the bike is not tuned however so it is running like a bag of crap I will tune it once the turbo setup is all complete. also go to my youtube for more videos of this and other rotary projects
