Seems to me it would be QUICK...and if i remember correctly it was

RWD...dunno, a friend had one and it was fun as hell to drive...

There's a rotary powered Sidekick a guy has a site about, never heard of a Samurai, that would be rather interesting. Samurais are practically weightless.

Ive built a couple of rotary powered samurai's. on a particular one that I built. That samurai popped a wheel stand with the stock wheels and tires...

So it could flip over on it's side and its back. Sounds crazy.
