[B] Hi gurus!

What is this item on my motor and do i need it? its connected to the carb with a vaccuum line. This is on a 12A.

The p.o. said it was removed and was using premix. hmm...guess not. I can remove this thing and get the block off plate and use premix and all will be fine. correct? im trying to cleanup/out this engine compartment. Thanks!!! Shawn
