Ok, I'm in the process of trying to build an engine but i'm a little confussed with some of the different porting. I presently have a "90" 13b and i'd like to slightly streetport the primaries and Bridgeport the secondaries. My reason for this type of application is that i'd like to drive my car 2-3 times a week if possible without the exceesive noise and over heating of the engine. Is this an ideal set-up for a ocasional streetcar. My last question is in regard to the atkins apex seals ! Am I able to use the stock atkin apex seals with a BP and why, are you guys turning the seals the other way !

with a very light car like your toyota sprinter. I would go with a 13B streetport.. tune it with a down draft webber and have tons of fun.. a 13B steetport could land u 200 to 220rwhp. if built and tuned rite.. Atkins Apex seals are flawless. I used them abuse them and great results.. no one abuses does seals like me.. and guess what?? no failures. I recently leaned out the nitrous mixtures on a customers nitrous car.. the car backed fired really bad!! and no broken apex or corner seal! I not only support the Atkins Seals I'm also a member..:-)

Well, Ito I would love to have a BP engine but I'm stationed in Va and (1time) out there are ridiculous about a little noise ! I'm shooting for a Extended port and maybe a little juice to add a little to my motion !! Ito, As soon as I get back from Iraq, I'm going to check out that shop for some Dyno time and tuning !
