Anyone know the tread and pitch of the tension bolts off the top of their heads?

i believe its 10x1.0, which is the size that didnt come in my tap set, which was the whole reason i bought it in the first place

Sears and the SnapOn truck sell individual finishing taps and dies.

Yup, m10x1.0, Crappy Tire has a kit with it included on sale this week. Or Brafasco will have them, the later will cost you about 60 bucks

Really, a quality tap/die is more important when cutting new threads, not chasing them, but if you have the money sure go a head and spend it . It's unlikely you will break a tap by chasing threads.
