i can still reuse the housing though right?

Post up some pictures of the e-shaft and bearings. Also post a pic of the front plate. Thats the only way we are going to be able to advise you further.

I just took the rest of the motor apart for lunch, the rear rotor came out fine all seals are good.

What i realized is that the front rotor bearing is actually still on the e-shaft, i guess it spun. THe bearing does move a bit so its not welded on but now im worried.

It looks like the bearing came out of the rotor.
